Wellness Wednesday- Body, Mind, Spirit

What we “Believe” is what we “Become”.   A phrase we can all relate to, from what we eat, to what we read, to what we watch and who we interact with.  Being selective and having self- control to only choose things that will help us think healthy and be healthy physically will increase our energy and stamina to say no and decline those urges that can lead you into an unhealthy pattern in your life.

Being prepared and intentional is the first step to become healthier in mind, body, and spirit.   For a healthier mind, don’t let confusion be your companion, mistakes you’ve made be your truth you live by and let your name be defined by regrets and defeats.  Make intentional to see the good that happens in your life by being grateful.  For a healthier body, plan ahead by preparing your fridge and pantry with healthy meals and so when you have an emergency food crave you have something healthy available to combat those cravings.  For a healthier spirit, it starts by looking inside your soul and being open and vulnerable to what is truth.  Get rid of things that are superficial and embrace simplicity and to always see love when there is no love.  Being intentional in these 3 areas, you can be the living proof of who you represent.
