I ordered this item and there was a problem with delivery. Because I needed it in time for my wedding, and the delivery was returned to the company, they needed to put a rush on it and get it to me quick. They were always there when I called, knew who I was and what was going on, and didn't charge me the rush fee. When I opened it up, I was VERY pleased with the product. Good weight to it, solid, and well made. It's definitely too nice to be a favor. I had them engraved for my bridesmaids and am so pleased. This is a quality item from a quality company.
